The sooner the better! The final date is January 24, 2026. Please be sure to notate how many in your party are able to attend and their salad choice.

There is guest parking made available upon check in for hotel guests. There is an open parking lot across the street from the hotel for visitor parking. The visitor lot is on the corner of North Court Street and Center Street. As the guest parking is made available after check in, hotel guests may need to park in the visitor lot and move their car into the gated guest parking after check in.

Our ceremony will be outdoors at the pool terrace and the reception will be outdoors in the courtyard. February can be chilly, please dress accordingly. There will be many heaters, and we will post weather updates.

We have reserved a room block at The Darling Hotel. Please book your stay by January 14, 2026, to guarantee a room in our block. Mention the Conrad/McGinnis wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate. There are other hotels available in the Visalia area if you choose not to stay at The Darling. Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) is the closest airport. The hotel is 50 miles from the airport. Family is available to taxi guests from the airport to the hotel. A rental car is recommended if you prefer to drive yourself.
